A face cream is an emulsification of a water-based ingredients and oil-based ingredients… just like a body cream or lotion. Face creams are a wonderful way to take care of your facial skin by holding moisture in (due to the water-based ingredients), helping with elasticity, as well as softening & protecting your skin (due to the oils/butters & waxes).
